226ers salts are ideal for maintaining salt deposits at optimal levels in hot weather, during long duration activities.
Format: Bottle of 100 capsules.

INGREDIENTS: Sodium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium citrate monohydrate, vegetable magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), magnesium gluconate, magnesium citrate anhydrous, tricalcium citrate 4 hydrate, calcium gluconate, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent) and vegan cholecalciferol 100,000 Ul/g (vitamin D3). Transparent vegetable capsule O (coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)).

INSTRUCTIONSFOR USE: Take 1 capsule 30' (minutes) before and after exercise. And 1 capsule every 30' - 60' (minutes) during exercise, with at least a glass of water during intake (150ml).
