The 5mm knee pads have been created to give the best support during high intensity exercises. They provide support and support during movement, as well as compression and heat to increase blood flow. Made of 5mm neoprene, they are specific for heavy WOD, being comfortable in any exercise.
Do not wash in a washing machine. If you want to remove the bad smell, we recommend putting them in the freezer for 24 hours to eliminate bacteria
To know your size, measure the circumference of your knee by the central zone. Sizes:
S: 29,00cm - 34,30cm
M: 34,30cm - 35,70cm
L: 35,70cm - 38,50cm
