Nike Metcon 6 Features

The new Nike Metcon 6 has been refined to keep you improving. Among the new features are new stability for weightlifting, traction designed for speed without sacrificing durability. Rounding out the improvements is a Hyperlift insert for weightlifting, compatible with previous versions of the Metcon.

• Textured print on the upper adds durability and lightweight where you need it most.

• Directional traction on the outsole wraps the side of the shoe for added grip when climbing a rope and speed when sliding down.
