La bebida energética Race Day de 226ers aporta una elevada cantidad de hidratos de carbono que provienen de la Ciclodextrina y la Palatinosa, se consigue una baja osmolaridad para tener buena asimilación. Aporta 1g de BCAA por toma, 460mg de sodio y 230mg de L-Carnitina. La combinación de estos aminoácidos es perfecta para deportes de gran resistencia: proporcionan energía metabólica a los músculos, preservan los niveles de glucógeno y tienen un efecto anabolizante, participando activamente en el proceso de recuperación muscular.

MODO DE USO: Disolver 87,5 g en 500 ml de agua. Para su preparación se debe añadir un poco de agua al bidón, disolver el polvo del sobre en el mismo, agitar fuertemente y rellenar de agua hasta su totalidad.
