MegaRaw Bar energy gel is ideal for strength training or competitions of medium and long distance. The star ingredient is seawater, helping to replenish mineral salt losses, maintain fluid balance and aid muscle recovery and cramp reduction. Provides 30g of carbohydrates and 4.45ml of seawater.
It incorporates natural syrups such as date syrup, of fast absorption and agave syrup, with low glycemic index. It can be taken during or before physical activity. It is not necessary to dilute it in water. One gel provides enough energy for 40-45min of intense exercise.
