Características de la Gummy Bar Vegana
La Gummy Bar Vegana cuenta con carbohidrato de alta calidad y con pectina. Su textura es de gelatina. Los aminoácidos ramificados, leucina, valina e isoleucina se metabolizan en el músculo, a diferencia del resto de aminoácidos (de una manera general) que sí lo hacen en el hígado. Ayudan a preservar los niveles de glucógeno, además de tener un efecto anabolizante (principalmente gracias a la leucina), participando activamente en el proceso de recuperación muscular.
