Loading phase: Take 20g in 4 doses for 5 days

Maintenance Phase: Take 3g to 5g after exercise. Maintain for 7 weeks and rest for one month. It is advisable to take Creatine Monohydrate CN with a Whey protein shake. Dissolve the dose of creatine with water or juice, or with the protein shake. During loading phase: 15-20g per day. During maintenance: 3g per day.
