El Garmin HRM 200 es una banda pectoral de frecuencia cardíaca con sensor ECG, diseñada para proporcionar datos precisos y en tiempo real de tu ritmo cardíaco y variabilidad de la frecuencia cardíaca (HRV) durante tus entrenamientos. A diferencia de los sensores ópticos en la muñeca, este tipo de banda detecta la señal directa del corazón, lo que suele ofrecer mediciones más fiables y estables, especialmente en actividades intensas.
