El Scientiffic Nutrition BCAA 100caps es un complemento de aminoácidos ramificados en cápsulas, pensado para ayudar al aumento de la masa muscular, prevenir el catabolismo y mejorar el rendimiento durante el ejercicio, tanto en deportistas de fuerza como de resistencia.
Su fórmula combina Leucina, Isoleucina y Valina en el ratio 2:1:1, considerado el más efectivo para este tipo de suplementación, obtenidos mediante fermentación vegetal. Cada cápsula de 500 mg aporta 2,5 g de Leucina, 1,25 g de Isoleucina y 1,25 g de Valina, aminoácidos esenciales que el organismo no puede sintetizar por sí mismo y que resultan clave durante la práctica de actividad física intensa.
Puede tomarse antes, durante o después del entrenamiento, ayudando a evitar el catabolismo muscular, favoreciendo el aumento de masa muscular y contribuyendo a reducir la posibilidad de lesiones asociadas al desgaste del ejercicio intenso. Se presenta en formato cápsulas, con una dosis diaria recomendada de 3 unidades, preferiblemente después del entrenamiento.
