La Brooks Cascadia Elite es una zapatilla de trail running de competición con placa. Es una versión de alto rendimiento de la incombustible Cascadia, con pisada neutra y amortiguación blanda.
Su mediasuela utiliza la espuma DNA GOLD 100% PEBA, dispuesta en dos capas que intercalan la placa SpeedVault+ Trail, de Pebax con carbono infusionado y forma de herradura. Esta placa aporta propulsión en las subidas y estabilidad lateral en los descensos técnicos, con una geometría que mantiene la zancada rodando hacia delante sin perder flexibilidad torsional para adaptarse a las piedras.
El upper de tejido técnico MATRYX® con fibras de Kevlar®, con una construcción tipo calcetín integrada, ofrece un ajuste seguro, resistencia y transpirabilidad, con una ligera resistencia al agua. En la suela, el compuesto Vibram® Megagrip Elite y tecnología Traction Lug, aportan un agarre superior en roca húmeda y barro moderado, además de una gran durabilidad.
