La 226ERS High Fructose Gummy Bar es una barrita energética con textura de gominola, pensada para deportistas de resistencia que necesitan alcanzar ingestas elevadas de carbohidratos durante el entrenamiento o la competición. Es ideal para combinar con geles y otras barritas cuando el esfuerzo se prolonga en el tiempo.
Cada unidad de 60 g aporta 45,6 g de carbohidratos, además de 182 kcal. Su fórmula utiliza una relación glucosa:fructosa de 10:8, lo que permite aprovechar distintas vías de absorción intestinal: mientras que la glucosa utiliza el transportador SGLT1, la fructosa se absorbe a través de GLUT5, favoreciendo así una mayor tasa de absorción cuando la ingesta de carbohidratos por hora es elevada.
El producto es apto para veganos y su textura resulta fácil de masticar incluso en momentos de alta intensidad.
