La Nutrisport Isotonic es un complemento alimenticio en polvo, en un práctico formato doy pack de 918 g, pensado para preparar una bebida isotónica que acompañe el ejercicio físico de alta o baja intensidad, tanto en running como en otros deportes de resistencia.
Su fórmula combina una proporción de carbohidratos con un complejo de vitaminas y minerales, destacando su aporte de sodio, magnesio y potasio, electrolitos implicados en numerosos procesos metabólicos y en el correcto funcionamiento muscular durante el esfuerzo. Se recomienda tomar antes, durante o después del ejercicio físico, con una dosis orientativa por cada 60-90 minutos de actividad.
Su formato en polvo resulta práctico para preparar la cantidad exacta según la duración de cada sesión, disolviendo la dosis recomendada en un bidón de agua.
