El näak ULTRA™ Puree 200 es un puré energético, pensado para corredores de trail running y de ultradistancia, así como para ciclistas de gravel y bikepacking, aventureros y senderistas.
Se elabora con un 49% de puré de verduras (un 33% de puré de batata y puré de calabaza), un 14% de sirope de arce y un 4% de proteínas vegetales de guisante y colza, con aceite de oliva, harina de avena hidrolizada, sal marina, cebolla en polvo y tomillo.
Cada ración aporta 200 kcal, unos 25 g de carbohidratos con una proporción de 3:1 entre glucosa y fructosa, 5 g de proteína vegetal y 330 mg de sodio, un equilibrio de macronutrientes pensado para mantener un aporte estable de energía y proteger el músculo durante el esfuerzo. El aceite de oliva ayuda a ralentizar la digestión y a suavizar los picos de glucosa, y su textura suave, semilíquida y fácil de ingerir está pensada para sentar bien al estómago.
Se consume directamente del envase durante la actividad. La marca recomienda tomar un puré cada 45 minutos, ajustando la ingesta a las necesidades de calorías y sodio de cada corredor, con un objetivo mínimo de 250 kcal por hora en esfuerzos largos. Se mantiene suave y fácil de exprimir incluso con frío, y puede templarse ligeramente en agua tibia en salidas invernales. Sin abrir, se conserva hasta 18 meses sin refrigeración, y una vez abierto debe guardarse en frío y consumirse en 24 horas.
