MegaRawBar Recovery es un recuperador post-entrenamiento formulado para ayudar al cuerpo a regenerarse tras esfuerzos intensos, como running, trail running o entrenamiento de fuerza.
Elaborado con ingredientes 100% naturales y ecológicos, combina proteína vegetal de guisante, carbohidratos de liberación lenta procedentes de la avena y los dátiles, y una cuidada mezcla de superalimentos como maca, lúcuma y baobab, ricos en antioxidantes, vitaminas y minerales. Esta combinación ayuda a reducir la fatiga muscular, reponer energía y favorecer una recuperación más eficiente.
Su aporte equilibrado de proteínas y carbohidratos contribuye a la regeneración muscular, mientras que su contenido en fibra favorece una digestión suave incluso tras el esfuerzo. Además, está libre de edulcorantes artificiales, maltodextrinas y aditivos, lo que lo convierte en una opción “clean label” ideal para deportistas que buscan una nutrición más natural.
Para disfrutar al máximo de sus beneficios, mezcla 70 gramos de polvo (aproximadamente 2 cucharadas) con 300 ml de bebida vegetal o leche. Agítalo bien y consúmelo después de tu sesión de actividad física intensa. También puedes disfrutarlo en el desayuno, mezclando 70 gramos con 150 ml de bebida vegetal o leche y añadiendo tus ingredientes favoritos, como un plátano, frutos secos, pasas, frutos rojos o lo que más te guste.
