El näak RECOVERY™ Complete Mix es un batido de recuperación, pensado para corredores de trail running y de carretera, y también para ciclistas, triatletas y deportistas de fitness, Hyrox o gimnasio.
Cada ración aporta 40 g de carbohidratos y 10 g de proteína vegetal, una proporción de 4:1 que acompaña las necesidades naturales del organismo tras el ejercicio: los carbohidratos favorecen la reposición del glucógeno y la proteína estimula la síntesis muscular. A ello se suman 1.800 mg de BCAA, que ayudan a limitar la degradación muscular y a reducir las molestias posteriores al esfuerzo, y 400 mg de sodio procedente de sal marina, que repone los minerales perdidos con el sudor.
La fórmula se compone de un 81% de carbohidratos (harina de avena hidrolizada sin gluten, jarabe de arroz deshidratado y azúcar de caña), un 15% de proteína vegetal (aislado de proteína de guisante y de colza) y un 4% de aromas naturales, con sal marina en un 1,5%. Sin lácteos, sin gluten, sin soja, sin frutos secos, sin cacahuetes y sin organismos modificados genéticamente, con una textura pensada para sentar bien al estómago tras el cansancio.
Su uso es sencillo: se recomienda tomar una ración en los 30 minutos posteriores al esfuerzo, mezclando 1,5 cacitos (60 g) en 400 ml de agua fría o de bebida vegetal y agitando bien.
