  • Steps to follow
  • 1) Send an email to info@thetribeconcept.com requesting your return and indicating your name, surname, the order number and the address where you will come to collect the order.
  • 4) A SEUR courier will pick up the package.
  • 5) When we receive the order we will make the refund

IMPORTANT: When making your return, please note that it will be rejected if the product has been used, there is deterioration or dirt on the garments or soles of the shoes, damage due to improper use, fading, residue such as balls or lint or any damage from external causes. The return will be refused if the box is damaged (if it has been written on, taped or its label manipulated) and/or the product does not have its original label. If the sneakers were accompanied by stickers or other promotional material inside the box they must be included for return.
