  • 2) A Seur courier will pick up the package.
  • 3) When we receive the order we will make the refund discounting the €4.99 shipping costs. Shipping costs already paid are not refunded

IMPORTANT: When making your return, please note that it will be rejected if the product has been used, there is deterioration or dirt on the garments or soles of the shoes, damage due to improper use, fading, residue such as balls or lint or any damage from external causes. The return will be refused if the box is damaged (if it has been written on, taped or its label manipulated) and/or the product does not have its original label. If the sneakers were accompanied by stickers or other promotional material inside the box they must be included for return.

Cancellations

If the order is cancelled before it is sent, the amount paid will be refunded immediately. However, if the order is cancelled after it has been sent, the return process must be followed.
