Maurten's energy gel has been created with natural ingredients and contains no preservatives or colorants. Its energy contribution is very high, one serving has 25 grams of carbohydrates and 100mg of caffeine.

  • 1 gel of 40g. Only take in short periods and use with a good nutritional planning for races.

  • Period less than 1 hour: 1 gel during warm up.
  • Period less than 2 hours: 2 gels to maintain caffeine level.
