226ers Sub9 salts are ideal to combat situations of dehydration, lactic acid build-up and/or muscle cramps during exercise.
Format: Bottle of 100 capsules.

INGREDIENTS: Sodium chloride, magnesium citrate, potassium chloride, ginger powder (zingiber officinalis roscoe), magnesium gluconate, potassium citrate, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), tricalcium citrate, calcium gluconate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), vitamin D (cholecalciferol) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). Transparent vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

INSTRUCTIONSFOR USE: Take 1 capsule 30' (minutes) before and after exercise. And 1 capsule every 30' - 60' (minutes) during exercise, with at least a glass of water during intake (150ml).
