INGREDIENTS: Potato starch, acidifier citric acid, potassium citrate, flavorings (natural flavor and aroma), sodium chloride, L-ascorbic acid, magnesium carbonate, black carrot concentrate, zinc gluconate, sucralose sweetener, DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate, beta-alanine and thiamine hydrochloride.

METHOD OF USE: Pour 1.5 scoops (20g) of product with the dispenser included inside in 500ml of water and shake. Consume regularly in small doses of 150ml every 15/20 minutes, approximately 500ml every 60 minutes, before, during and after exercise. In case of high temperatures or situations of high fluid loss dilute 20g in one liter of water
